Lead the full production process at North Sound Brewery (Antigua Distillery) in Crabb's Peninsula, from planning to quality and safety. What you'll do: - Oversee daily, weekly and monthly production plans - Hit volume, efficiency and yield targets - Lead and develop supervisors and operators - Ensure quality standards and safety compliance Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Operations/Manufacturing Management or a related field - 7–12+ years in manufacturing or production - 3–5 years in a leadership role - FMCG, food & beverage or high-speed production experience preferred Apply on this JobLink Antigua page.
